Frameice 3-Ton is the medium capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products up to a maximum weight of 3,000 kg inside. Depending on specific needs, shelving with shelves or load-bearing beams can be used.
6 Ton-9 Ton
Frameice 9-Ton is the medium/high capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products inside up to a maximum weight of 9,000 kg. Depending on specific needs, it is possible to use shelving with load-bearing beams or cantilevers.
24 Ton
Frameice 24-Ton is the high-capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products up to a maximum weight of 24,000 kg. Depending on specific needs, it is possible to use shelving with load-bearing beams or cantilevers.

Technical specifications.

Sliding tracks. They are the foundation of the Frame system. They can be embedded into the existing flooring for the best aesthetic result or equipped with double access ramps for easy consultation entry.

Sides and crosses. Stabilizing sideplates and crosses make the compactable archive rigid, preventing wobble in medium-load compactable and allowing for more storage/storage than the standard.

Translation. Movement can be manual by handwheel or automatic. The automation system allows total control over the handling steps and can be connected to external warehouse control systems.

Flooring. Compensation can be added in case of rails above the floor: it can be made of certified fire-resistant wood or metal material, depending on the requirements or the environment in which it is installed.

Shelves and hooks. Shelves can be constructed by means of a single panel or by a series of adjoining panels placed on support sleepers. This dual possibility allows the construction of shelves with a load capacity of up to 250 kg/sqm.

Finishing. The in-house painting oven allows us to take advantage of a wide selection of RAL and Pantone colors. Painting is done by epoxy powder, with all certifications of use in respect of personnel and the environment.

Maneuvering slider. All the load contained in can be moved with a simple touch. By touching the maneuvering slider with a finger, each moving element will move in the desired direction, the movement will be smooth and quiet.
