  • Flexible and adaptable

    The Dynabox distributor can be used either as a standalone version or combined with other products in the distribution range. All Temrex distributors are equipped with state-of-the-art security and management devices. The distributors are also available in OEM version, suitable for installing other management software.

  • Accessories & Design

    The internal customization makes it easy to store small to medium-sized objects. Each object is placed in its dedicated space to ensure its integrity and quality over time. Dynabox can be equipped with transparent plastic containers to facilitate the retrieval of stored material. In a single dynabox, you can safely store up to 1080 references.

The alternating current motor of the rotating warehouse reduces the maintenance required for its proper functioning. This type of motor is not subject to friction, which significantly reduces brush wear.

Our R&D team researches and develops new technologies to ensure easy and fast material retrieval. As a result, there is a reduction in working time and an increase in productivity.

 

The Gseries rotating warehouse is equipped with safety photoelectric barriers compliant with the 15095 + A1 standard, and also complies with all provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery.

The consultation bay is equipped with a state-of-the-art LED lighting system to ensure the safe and easy access to materials.

Next to the consultation bay, position indicators are installed. These indicators consist of small, spaced-out red LEDs and a number that indicates the precise position and depth of each item stored in the warehouse.

The rotation speed of the trays depends on the chosen model. It typically ranges from 10.13 to 14.33 cm/s. The Gseries ensures a picking rate of over 200 lines per hour thanks to an optimized picking route.

 

The Gseries rotating warehouse is equipped with the latest generation of devices, including a touch screen display for easy and intuitive retrieval or insertion of objects within the rotating system. Simple, convenient, and user-friendly.
